A clean, balanced pool that is ready every time you walk outside.
Clearwater technicians service your pool on the same day each week — cleaning the water and surfaces, testing and balancing the chemistry, checking the equipment, and sending you a report of exactly what was done.

What Every Visit Includes
The same careful routine, week after week.
Consistency is what keeps a pool easy to own. Every weekly visit follows the same sequence so nothing gets skipped and you always know what was done.
Skimming surface debrisLeaves, insects and anything floating come out before they sink and stain.
Brushing walls, steps and the tile lineBrushing lifts the film that turns into staining and scale if it is left alone.
Emptying skimmer and pump basketsFull baskets choke circulation, which is where most water problems start.
Vacuuming as neededWhen debris has settled on the floor, it gets vacuumed rather than stirred up.
Testing water chemistryReadings are taken at the pool, not estimated from how the water looks.
Balancing sanitizer, pH and alkalinityAdjustments are made to bring the readings back into range.
Inspecting pump, filter and visible equipmentA look at what is running, what it is reading, and anything that looks wrong.
Recording readings and completed workEvery reading and every task is written down at the pool as it happens.
Sending a service reportThe finished report reaches you after the visit, so you never have to ask.
How this maps to your plan. Chemistry management, equipment inspection and service reporting are part of every Clearwater plan. Full cleaning and equipment checks are included from Complete Pool Care upward. The plan comparison shows exactly what each plan covers, and your quote confirms it in writing before anything starts.
Professional Water Care
Weekly service is more than adding chlorine.
Sanitizer is one reading out of several, and it behaves differently depending on the others. Balanced water is what makes the sanitizer effective, the surfaces last, and the pool comfortable to swim in.
Consistent chemistrySmall weekly corrections keep readings inside range instead of swinging between extremes.
Surface protectionWater that is out of balance works on plaster, grout and tile. Balanced water does not.
Swimmer comfortStinging eyes and a heavy chlorine smell usually point at balance, not at too much chlorine.
Algae preventionStaying ahead of an algae bloom is far less disruptive than recovering from one.
Equipment longevityPumps, heaters and salt cells all live longer in water that is not corrosive or scaling.

Cleaning & Equipment
Two halves of the same visit.
Cleaning is what you see. The equipment check is what keeps the cleaning from becoming a bigger job later.

Cleaning the pool
The order matters. Surface debris comes out first so it cannot sink, the walls and waterline are brushed to loosen anything clinging to them, and the floor is vacuumed once the debris has settled.

Checking the equipment
Your technician looks over the equipment that is running and reachable, and notes anything that has changed since last week. What we find goes in the report — repairs are quoted separately, never started without your approval.

After Every Visit
You see the visit, not just the result.
When the visit is finished, the readings and completed work are filed against your pool. You can read the report after each service and look back through your history in the customer portal.

“Water is clear and balanced. Skimmer basket was full of oak leaves again — worth checking it midweek while the trees are dropping.”

Questions
Weekly pool service, answered.
What is included in weekly pool service?
Every plan covers water chemistry management, an equipment inspection and a service report. Cleaning the pool — skimming, brushing, emptying baskets and vacuuming as needed — is included from Complete Pool Care upward. The plan comparison lists what each plan covers, and your quote states it for your pool specifically.
Do I need to be home?
No. Weekly visits do not need anyone there. What we do need is reliable access — an unlocked gate or a code that works, and a clear path to the equipment pad. If a code or a lock changes, let us know so a visit is not missed.
Are chemicals included?
Routine water balancing is part of chemistry management, which is in every plan. Exactly which products that covers depends on the plan you choose, so the plan comparison and your written quote are the places to confirm it. Anything beyond routine balancing — a larger corrective treatment after a storm, for instance — is discussed with you first.
What happens if equipment needs repair?
Your technician notes what they found and it goes in your service report. Repairs are a separate service from weekly care: we quote the work, and nothing is started until you approve it. You can read more under Equipment Repair.
Will I receive a report after each visit?
Yes. Readings and completed work are recorded at the pool during the visit and filed against your pool. You can read each report and look back through your history in the customer portal.
How do weather and holidays affect service?
Service days are assigned by area, so your pool sits on a fixed weekly route. If a visit ever has to move — severe weather, an unsafe site, a holiday — we will be in touch, and the change is visible in your service history rather than left unexplained.
Which pools do you service?
Residential pools across our Central Texas routes, and commercial properties through Commercial Pool Management, which runs on a different schedule. If you are not sure which fits, ask for a quote and we will tell you.
Ready to stop thinking about the pool?
